I do not think Guitar for just only old people, if it is i wouldn't be learning guitar. In my opinion, guitar is for all ages, it's not just actually for every people, but it can be entertaining also. Maybe people will say different things about guitar.
I join guitar because i want to learn more about music. Music is fun, and it's easy to learn to... except it might take years. If i learn guitar it can possibly be easier to learn piano or many other string instruments.
Guitar is a fun instrument to start with. It won't take years. If you practice, you will be playing songs by the end of the course.
